AST - A Vibe Coding Tool to Silence the Noise.

Avoiding FOMO from AI with a single tool

Introduction

Introduction: From Noise to Signal

It all started with a personal pain point. I use AI heavily in my daily life: to generate images, kickstart projects, act as a sparring partner for ideas, research, and summarize. It even generates study podcasts for me and, frankly, gave me a hand polishing these very lines.

But keeping up with everything often feels overwhelming. I wanted to find a way to fix this, so I decided to treat myself as the primary User Persona.

Challenges

Me, as my own best User Persona.

During the research phase, I realized I was completely burned out. I was sick of the thousands of Instagram Reels on 'how to get rich with a prompt,' the endless LinkedIn threads on optimizing processes, and don't get me started on those 20-minute videos where only the last two minutes are actually useful.

I was looking for immediacy. I needed to know what happened and what was updated—fast, no video required. I wanted raw data that would just spit out the fact that Gemini had dropped its new 'Nano Banana' version.

Solutions

The Solution: A Zero-Friction PWA Architecture

So, I decided to build my own tool to keep up with AI—cutting out the middlemen, the blogs, and the endless data mining. I simply wanted a tool with three clear filters: Date, Who, and What. That is how this project was born.

The technical execution combined rapid prototyping in V0.dev (React/Next.js) with a relational database in Supabase to enable dual-axis filtering (Tool + Category). The result is a PWA with no mandatory login that bridges complex SQL queries with a clean interface, ensuring speed and accessibility without page reloads.
